custom built synchropress®

custom built synchropress®- tailored to your needs

In the development of each synchropress®, our approach is based on the wishes and requirements of our customers: we build THE press that is needed.

The modular construction principle of each synchropress® remains consistent, with our customers specifying the pressing force, dimensions, and travel speeds.

If a customer requires a longer press table, for example, to accommodate additional operations within the press, this would affect our system only in terms of press table and ram design, as well as the machine housing.

synchropress® exists in square and rectangular forms, in very narrow shapes, and even compact versions. There's also a "horizontal" synchropress® variant.

The product examples showcase our servo screw presses, including a synchropress® 4M-1000 with a max. pressing force of 1,000 kN, a synchropress® 4M-2500 with a max. pressing force of 2,500 kN, a synchropress® 4M-4000 with a max. pressing force of 4,000 kN, and a synchropress® 4M-6000 with a max. pressing force of 6,000 kN.

Our engineering team takes on every challenge.

drive & construction

drive & construction

The synchropress® drive system is based on planetary roller screws driven by servo motors. Each screw is driven by its own motor. Particularly practical: these are integrated into the press table, allowing for an unbeatably compact design of our systems.

The combination of highly precise planetary roller screws and the control possibilities of servo motor technology offers users a level of precision that is unparalleled in the world of presses – both with or without load.

For instance, in a 4,000 kN press with a usable table length of 118.11 in , an eccentric load of more than 3,000 kNm can be demanded, undoubtedly a unique feature in the press industry.

The axial bearings of the screws are integrated into the press table, and the lubrication of the screws and bearings is managed by a fully encapsulated automatic system. Maintenance effort is kept to a minimum.

sturdiness & part quality

sturdiness & part quality

In addition to precise control, the exceptional characteristics of our presses are their great parallelism between press table and ram and the ability to compensate for eccentric loads resulting from cutting, punching, and process forces.

Especially when using longer or complex progressive tools, this guarantees significantly reduced tool wear and consistently high part quality.

digital control options

digital control options

The outstanding mechanical characteristics of synchropress® are complemented by an extremely user-friendly digital control system based on PC technology. It allows the user to precisely replicate the desired motion profile of the press ram through a few inputs and additionally integrate any number of secondary operations into the ram stroke.

Good to know: the control system has been expanded in close cooperation with users since the first synchropress®. This way, customer-specific requirements can be promptly incorporated not only in the press' geometric dimensions but also in terms of control technology. Your synchropress® remains a reliable partner that evolves with you!
