In the development of each synchropress®, our approach is based on the wishes and requirements of our customers: we build THE press that is needed.
The modular construction principle of each synchropress® remains consistent, with our customers specifying the pressing force, dimensions, and travel speeds.
If a customer requires a longer press table, for example, to accommodate additional operations within the press, this would affect our system only in terms of press table and ram design, as well as the machine housing.
synchropress® exists in square and rectangular forms, in very narrow shapes, and even compact versions. There's also a "horizontal" synchropress® variant.
The product examples showcase our servo screw presses, including a synchropress® 4M-1000 with a max. pressing force of 1,000 kN, a synchropress® 4M-2500 with a max. pressing force of 2,500 kN, a synchropress® 4M-4000 with a max. pressing force of 4,000 kN, and a synchropress® 4M-6000 with a max. pressing force of 6,000 kN.
Our engineering team takes on every challenge.
